Dear Jim,

We would like to take this opportunity to express our appreciation and gratitude to you and your staff for the effort and support all of you provided bringing our kitchen and porch renovation to a happy and successful conclusion. We're absolutely delighted with every aspect of the work performed. We couldn't be more pleased with the final product.

We would especially like to thank David, Jon and Dee for the hard work and dedication they put forth from start to finish. Their in-depth knowledge and expertise of the building/remodeling trade was evident throughout the entire project. While the actual day-to-day activity of an undertaking such as this cannot in any way be described as a fun experience under the best of circumstances, Jon and Dee were constantly aware of our comfort level, and made every effort to perform their work, and that of the subs, in a way that caused as little noise and disruption as possible. As Foreman, Jon was always looking for our feedback, and he made every effort to see that we were satisfied with the work as it progressed. He was very accommodating to our suggestions when working out the many details of the project. When he couldn't meet our request exactly, usually because of code requirements or cost, he invariably came up with a solution that was close to, most of the time better than, our request.

Thank you again, Jim, for all your help and guidance with our renovation. It was a pleasure working with you. With the positive reputation you and your company enjoy in the community, I doubt you are in need of more references. But if the occasion ever arises, please feel free to use us.

Sincerely yours,

Bob and Karen Kaleel – Bob and Karen Kaleel
Dear Jim,

Although I have said this to you when we have seen each other, I thought I should take the time to write to you about the work done at my house. We had two different unrelated problems in different areas of our house, which required different skills, different ways of diagnosing the problems, and the assistance of a couple of different subcontractors in addition to your outstanding personnel. In my opinion, David Barb did a great job coordinating all of the work that needed to be done.

In fact, while David was outstanding, all of Eicher Builder's workmen who came to my house were great. The men were both courteous and professional, so I was always comfortable having them working in and around my house. In addition, the quality of the work is outstanding. Even details like the temporary protection of the worksite at the end of each day demonstrated a devotion to quality workmanship.

Your company has a reputation for quality work, so my expectations were high -- but my expectations were consistently exceeded. Many thanks for a job well done.

With best regards, – Frederick H. Kruck, Jr.
(We) want to express how great it was to work with your employees. We will be in contact with you in the future for additional work. It is something we look forward to doing as we know the results will be to our liking. – Bruce & Danette Campbell
